Round One of Guv vs. RRR is over. A fierce fight indeed. Some say Guv, some say RRR. Much like the Nixon vs. Kennedy debate, who knows who the clear winner really was. Alas, this was only a battle in what hopefully becomes a much longer war. What? Anyway, thanks to all who made this past weekend offically AWESOME!
In other news, another show! It's at T.T. the Bear's on February 21st. And it's with The Franklin Kite and Chatter.

The clash of Guv vs. Red Right Return is close at hand, and we are nothing short of confident in our victory. Let's just say if I were a gambling man, which I am, I'd be sleepin' pretty safe and sound knowing who my money's bet on.
Also, another show has been added, mates.

I saw their lead singer wearing a wedding dress and a viking helmet while singing "The Immigrant Song" at a show last month. Gwate!
You should also know that the guitar solo for "She Spent It With a Pillow" has been named "Mr. Echo".

Also, on the recording front, this past week, we've finished recording all parts for "Standing in Line" including some cow-bell and hand claps! That puts the number of songs recorded at 8. There are also a number of recordings we have done (and plan on doing a few more) that we plan on using as transitional pieces on the album. Beyond that we have 2 more songs we plan on recording. The point is, it IS coming along!
In other Guv news, the solo for "Standing in Line" has been named "Santino Hitshaker".
